Your appointments are very important to the Millennium Team, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. A credit card is required for multiple occurrences of

- Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
- No shows with no advanced notice will result in a full charge for the reserved services.
