Millennium’s Body Treatment services will often integrate multiple modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Eastern techniques to give you a session that meets your goals and provides the most benefit. Massage increases body awareness, circulation, mobility, relaxation, and your overall sense of well-being. Unlike most spas, our scheduling policy ensures that a 1-hour massage provides 60 full minutes of bodywork. Each massage is scheduled for 60 minutes unless otherwise specified.
